Here’s how I work with you remotely to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Step 1: Physical Assessment Form
The first step is to fill out a form with essential information regarding your current physical condition. This form includes questions about your activity level, injury history, specific goals, eating habits, and more. This helps me understand your situation and allows me to design a personalized training plan.
Step 2: Analysis and Personalized Planning
Once I receive your form, I analyze your case and create a training plan that fits your goals and abilities. In this phase, I’ll also consider your personal preferences to make sure that the workouts are engaging and motivating. The plan will be customized to fit your schedule and needs, and we can discuss any details that matter to you.
Step 3: Sending and Reviewing Workouts
I will send you your training sessions, which you can do at home or anywhere you prefer. These workouts are delivered through a PDF file.
If you have any doubts or need to modify a specific exercise or difficulty level, we can review the workouts together. I want to make sure you are comfortable and progressing!
Step 4: Feedback and Program Adjustments
After you’ve tried out the training, I would love to hear how it went. Did you enjoy it? Was it too challenging or too easy? Based on your feedback, I will adjust the plan to make sure that each new workout is aligned with your progress. This keeps your training fresh and effective.
